This Privacy Policy describes how Wally – Loyalty Cards ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: we collect no personal data whatsoever.
Wally – Loyalty Cards is an iOS application that allows you to store and manage your loyalty cards in one place. For questions about this policy, contact us at rumen@novachkov.com.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. The App does not have any servers. All data you enter into the App (such as loyalty card names, numbers, and barcodes) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your loyalty card data may be synced across your personal Apple devices via Apple's iCloud service. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data at any time.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. We have no relationship with any third-party data processors in connection with this App.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties — because we never have access to it in the first place.
Your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). If you use iCloud sync, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, the App is safe for all ages.
All your data lives on your device. To delete your data, simply delete the App from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can also delete the App's iCloud data from Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
